In the present Wine Market we have several choices, but only sometimes they are real opportunities. The Clients requests are so many and constantly changing, that it is not easy to find a fit wine for them. Behind any bottle we have a person and a story. So, to choose an interesting wine, we need to get in touch with the producer and we must listen to a story. From his/her side, the producer should have a consistent wine philosophy, keep a constant quality standard, show a humble approach and a market attitude.
 

Last but not least, not only he/she produces excellent wines, but is also able to offer service and support: actually, to introduce and sell a wine in a new market is just one of the steps of a long term development, because we also need to support Sales Force, Logistic and Distribution, Branding and Customers Loyalty.
That's why I don't like to talk just of a “Customer & Supplier Relationship”, but rather of “a Partnership for a Market”.
